CEREMONY & GATHerings
Ceremonies and gatherings are sacred invitations to remember, reconnect, and belong. Rooted in ritual, presence, and intention, these spaces may include Rose and Cacao attunements, Soul Retrieval, seasonal rituals, plant spirit or empathogenic medicines, and retreats. Each is held as slow medicine — opening pathways of release, renewal, and deeper connection with self, community, and the greater mystery.

CEREMONIES
Ceremonies may take many forms: Rose & Cacao Attunements, Soul Retrieval, seasonal rituals, or work with plant spirit and empathogenic medicines — each one a container for remembrance and renewal. Through meditation, breath, ritual, and attunement, ceremonies open pathways to release what no longer serves and invite us to step more fully into our essence.

WOMEN'S CIRCLES
Women’s circles are spaces of compassionate listening, ritual, oracle, and journeying, where we gather to witness and be witnessed in community. These circles weave belonging, support, and the shared remembering that we are not alone.

Retreats & gatherings
Retreats and gatherings offer the spaciousness of a full day or several days, weaving somatic practice, art, breath, meditation, and ritual for restoration and reconnection. Held in nature or sacred spaces, these immersions create time to step away from daily life and return renewed.
How It All Comes Together
Each ceremony is unique, shaped by the people present and the intention of the moment. Some gatherings are intimate and quiet, others expansive and expressive. Always, the medicine meets you where you are and invites you to step into what is ready to unfold.
What to Expect
We begin by arriving in presence and setting intention. Grounding practices — breath, meditation, or gentle movement — prepare body, heart, and spirit. The ceremony may include ritual, plant spirit or empathogenic medicine, Rose or Cacao attunement, journeying, sound, or creative expression, depending on the gathering. Time is given for integration and sharing before we close in gratitude and return to the world with spaciousness and insight.
Who It’s For
These spaces may be supportive if you are longing for deeper connection — with yourself, with others, or with spirit. They may call to you during times of transition, healing, or awakening, or simply when you feel ready to pause, reflect, and be held in community. Whether through ceremony, circle, or retreat, these gatherings welcome anyone drawn to step into sacred space with openness and presence.
