1:1 Healing & Therapy
(In person/Online)
Each session is an invitation into slow medicine. Some clients come wishing to work within a single modality, while others are drawn to a more fluid approach. I welcome both. With training in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Relational Somatic Therapy, and Breathwork, I am comfortable meeting you in one focused pathway or weaving them together. Often the work naturally blends, guided by what your body and being are expressing in the moment. Whether through gentle touch, somatic inquiry, or the breath, our time together supports nervous system regulation, the softening of the pain body, and the unwinding of held patterns — always attuned to what is ready to emerge.

BIODYNAMIC CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY
Craniosacral therapy is a practice of deep listening through gentle, non-invasive touch. When the nervous system feels safe enough to settle, the body can shift out of survival mode and begin to release what has been held — injuries, trauma imprints, surgeries, or chronic tension. As the system unwinds, people often report a decrease in pain, along with a softening of anxiety and stress. A sense of calm begins to take root, thinking feels clearer, and connection to self and others becomes more accessible. Many describe leaving with relief, steadiness, and renewed energy — as though something long-held has finally been given permission to let go.

RELATIONAL SOMATIC THERAPY
Relational Somatic Therapy invites the body and mind into deeper conversation, helping to uncover and gently shift the patterns that have been shaped by past experiences. This work integrates inquiry, attachment theory, parts work, and spirituality, creating space for the parts of you that have felt unseen or unworthy to be acknowledged and welcomed. As these protective strategies and core beliefs soften, people often notice less anxiety and self-criticism, more ease in relationships, and a greater capacity to stay present in the moment. Clients frequently describe feeling lighter, more grounded, and more resourced — able to meet life with clarity, resilience, and compassion.

BREATHWORK
Breathwork is a practice of turning toward yourself with openness and curiosity. Informed by NÅ«ma Breathwork, it weaves conscious breathing with somatic principles, inquiry, and sound. As the breath opens, suppressed emotions, stress, and old patterns can rise to the surface to be released and integrated. Clients often describe feeling less anxious and weighed down, with more clarity, energy, and vitality. Many also notice physical shifts such as a decrease in tension or pain, improved sleep, and an overall sense of aliveness. Beyond the body, breathwork can bring profound insight and spiritual connection — a way of meeting tender places within while also touching the larger mystery.

How It All Comes Together
These modalities are never separate boxes to choose from. They flow together in response to what your body, mind, and spirit most need in the moment. Some sessions may be still and quiet, others more expressive — always guided by your system and the wisdom that emerges in presence.

What to Expect
Sessions begin with time to arrive and share what’s present. You remain fully clothed on the table or seated, depending on the work. Through touch, dialogue, or breath, we follow what arises with gentleness. Each session closes with time to integrate before you re-enter your day.

Who It’s For
This work may be supportive if you are living with stress, overwhelm, or anxiety; recovering from trauma or injury; or navigating chronic pain, fatigue, or health challenges that haven’t shifted with other approaches. It can also meet you if you are moving through a life transition, feeling disconnected from yourself, or longing for greater ease, clarity, and connection. No prior experience is needed — only a willingness to be curious, present, and open to the possibility of change.
