My own journey to this present moment was a stream of initiations that began over 30 years ago.  It has not been easy, but I am so grateful to the gift of grace that brought me here.  My 20’s was the initiation to self, a journey of exploration, play and travel, of leadership in the non-profit sector,  the  beginning of my studies in meditation and alternative and energy health practices.  My 30’s was the discovery of motherhood, a journey and exploration of unconditional love and the beginning of a career as a Registered Midwife.  My 40’s begin as the initiation to the ego’s expression of my best life which took a 180 degree turn in my mid 40’s to an incredibly dark period of time after a car accident literally stopped me in my tracks.  This was the invitation to come back to Self, a journey to finding my true heart’s purpose.

I am so grateful for these journeys, graciously and not so graciously inviting me to the opportunity to do my own work, to develop my capacity to sit and hold space for you.  I am a Medicine Carrier and Energy Healer, a Black Cord Elder of the Thirteenth House Mystery School, a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist, an USUI and Karuna Reiki Master, and Intuitive Counsellor, Clairsentient and Claircognizant.

I continue to follow my heart and my love and dedication to learning.  At present, I am currently enrolled in the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certificate program with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield.  And this summer I will begin my contemplative study in the Art of Spiritual Guidance.  I will always be a learner, and continue to study and grow my roots in my practices and in the space of circles and ritual.
